It’s time for another ALOR SETAR CAR FREE DAY RUN.

Whether you’re here for a steady 5KM Base Run or join Slow Jogging led by Kim, there’s no pressure, just come and enjoy the morning.

And this time, we’re teaming up with Mansion 28 for a special post-run breakfast. 🍳☕️

Your registration includes:

🇲🇾 D2F COFFEE RUN #33 — MERDEKA RUN

6.9KM for 69 years of Malaysia. 🇲🇾

This time, we took our Coffee Run somewhere a little different, starting from Gunung Keriang, running through the paddy fields, kampung roads and the quiet corners around the area. 🌾⛰️

No pressure, no need to chase the clock.
Just good people, good music, fresh morning air and plenty of smiles along the way. 🏃🏻‍♂️🎶

There’s something special about running like this, stopping for a quick photo, talking to someone you just met, laughing at random things, and somehow the 6.9KM feels like it went by too quickly.

From the open fields to the kampung roads, from the first step to the coffee and cupcakes after the run, it was the kind of morning you just want to stay a little longer. ☕️🧁

Big thanks to Rabu Western Cuisine and The Cakez for adding even more flavour to our Merdeka morning. ❤️

Good run. Good vibes. Good people.

🇲🇾 D2F COFFEE RUN #33 — MERDEKA RUN

This time, we’re taking the Coffee Run somewhere a little different. 🌾⛰️

Starting from Gunung Keriang HACCK SECTION ROCK CLIMBING, we’ll run 6.9KM through the paddy fields, kampung roads and back to where we started.

6.9KM for 69 years of Malaysia. 🇲🇾

And the morning doesn’t end when the run does. ☕️🧁

We’ve got two local favourites popping up at Gunung Keriang HACCK :

☕️ Rabu Western Cruise — Coffee Pop-Up
🧁 The Cakez — Cupcake Pop-Up

Run first, then coffee, cake & lepak with the crew.

THIS WEEK, WE’RE NOT JUST RUNNING. 👀

We’re going LARI LORONG. 🏃‍♂️🎬

For D2F COFFEE RUN #32, 5 teams will take on Alor Setar City with one mission:

Find the spots. Run the streets. Shoot the Reel.

📍 5 Lorong / Jalan
📍 5 Landmarks
🎥 1 Reel per team

Participants will be randomly assigned into different crew teams.

Your Crew will guide the team, help plan the route and discuss how to shoot your Reel.

Once you know your team, get together, plan your route, discuss your Reel idea and get ready for the challenge! 🎬

Then post it, Collab with D2F and chase those likes. ❤️

🏆 Highest likes by 28 August, 8:30 AM takes the win.

Finish the mission and head back to Things Coffee for your drink + mini muffin. ☕🧁

ALOR SETAR MARATHON 2026 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️

A race day with the D2F Running Club crew.

This time, we showed up together across 42KM, 21KM and 10KM — each with our own distance, pace and personal goal.

Some chased the full marathon.
Some took on the half.
Some came to experience the race and enjoy the run.

Different distances, but one thing in common — we showed up and finished together.

Tired legs, medals, good conversations and plenty of memories after the finish line.

Alor Setar Marathon 2026 — one for the books. 🏅

BASE RUN 5KM DONE! 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️🔥

2 laps city route. One steady pace.

Big congratulations to everyone who completed today’s City 5KM Base Run and stayed with the pace from the first lap all the way to the finish! 👏

No need to rush — just find your rhythm, stay consistent and keep moving.

Huge shoutout to our Pacers Angel Tan 按着蛋 & jylow for keeping everyone together and on pace throughout the run. 🙌

And of course, thank you to our Leaders Siew Kai Lim for guiding the group and making sure everyone got through safely.
