Story time-
I used to train HIIT & abs everyday for about 2 years and what a love hate relationship!
Love - getting & keeping my heart rate high, increased stamina, and always sweating 😅!
Hate - creating new workouts to keep me interested, always sweating, and no muscle build.
In February I finally got back into a gym and changed my workout schedule. Now I do cardio/ HIIT 2x a week max & weight training 3x a week. What a difference I have seen only in a few months. I have gotten leaner, gained muscles I haven’t seen since high school, & my strength was a surprise. Along with no animal meat, healthy carbs, high protein, & a ton of water, I must say my body is now a temple I will only make stronger and bigger.
