High protein + a mild-deficit to support fat loss. Eating the foods I love in the quantities that suit my body and goals.
My energy levels are epic, no 3pm slump or brain fog here. And most importantly, no food is off limits! Healthy living, but make it sustainable and fun.
I will however disclose, there’s no way ‘past Amy’ could have gone to the movies on a Monday for fear of “getting off track” because I was on the ‘my diet starts Monday’ rollercoaster. I would have totally binged on copious amounts of junk food and felt guilt and shame about it derailing my progress. And then eaten like trash until my ‘diet’ started again the following Monday. Occasionally I will still eat popcorn and MnMs until my heart desires, however the difference is now I no longer let it derail my day.
