Today our leader, Glenda, completed a Hyrox Pro event in Guadalajara. A Hyrox pro race consists of 8kms of running with a functional station in between. Examples include 152kgs sled push for 50m, 102 kg sled pull for 50m , 100m of 20kgs of sandbag lunges etc. etc. It wasn’t easy considering I had a busy business to run and my training time was limited. However, with the help of and coach jose , I finished and placed first in my age group. I couldn’t have done it without the team and the positive coaching style. I also won a spot to the World’s in Sweden. Here’s to a healthy body is a healthy mind. Let’s inspire others. ❤️
