There is no substitute for hard work. Please don't compare your "Day 1" to someone else's "Year 10"...enjoy your own journey.

It takes many of us double digit years to become what some may consider an overnight success. There's a lot of hard work, effort, sacrifice, concentration and failure that happens before the success. So when you see an old friend, old classmate or even someone that you look up to accomplishing great things, support and cheer for their success. Don't assume that it was done overnight, you just didn't see the blood sweat and tears from their daily grind.

So glad that I made to decision to fly to Atlanta for this course. The course was UNBELIEVABLE! Met some great people and learned some unbelievable things about the human body and what it's capable of. Just a reninder to never stop learning!!!

I was pre diabetic 7 years ago, 250Ibs, high bodyfat and overweight. I remember not even knowing where to start but I knew that changes needed to be made. Fast forward to me today, committed and dedicated to my craft, setting and accomplishing goals that didn't seem attainable years ago.

I will remain grateful for the health screening that scared the hell out of me and inspired my journey back to being healthy!
