No speeches. Just work.

Start the week with intent. Build from there. 💪🏾

Sunday miles hit different. 🏃🏾‍♂️💨

Today’s run was bigger than just getting the miles in. I got to run virtually with a friend all the way in South Dakota, and along the way I connected with a group of men out putting in work too.

Different cities. Different time zones. Same commitment.

My guy could’ve easily used the distance or time difference as an excuse, but he showed up and got it done. That’s what accountability looks like. That’s what brotherhood looks like.
Iron sharpens iron. ⚔️

Sometimes the people who push you don’t have to be right beside you—they just have to be willing to show up with you.

Great run. Great energy. Dope experience. A reminder that when you surround yourself with people committed to becoming better, everybody levels up.

Keep showing up. Keep pushing. Keep sharpening each other. 💪🏾

Today's workout was a challenge. So I decided to do some extra sled work. Just as a reminder that limits can sometimes be pushed.

Every sled push is a reminder that growth isn't built from motivation—it's built from showing up when it's hard, when nobody's clapping, and when quitting would be easier.

Keep pushing. The work you do in private will eventually show up in public!

Your morning routine isn't just about checking boxes—it's about setting the standard for the rest of your day.

The first hour of your morning often determines the direction of your mindset, your decisions, and your energy.

Win that hour, and you're far more likely to win the day. Stack enough winning days together, and you create a winning week.

You don't need a perfect routine. You need a consistent one.The life you want is built through the habits you repeat every morning.

Morning scripture, prayer and meditation are my non-negotiables.

What's one non-negotiable in your morning routine? ⬇️
