At SHRED, we believe great classes start with great teachers.

That’s why we recently completed ELEVATE - a dedicated training series for our SHRED Yoga instructors focused on refining teaching skills, deepening connection, improving cueing, strengthening sequencing, and continually raising the experience we deliver to every student who joins us on the mat.

The multi-week program that we conducted at , was led by Erin Prichard of SHRED Yoga, who brings more than 20 years of teaching experience and has trained hundreds of yoga teachers internationally. Her depth of knowledge, inclusive approach, and passion for authentic teaching made this a truly special experience for our team.

Because yoga is more than movement. It’s guidance, presence, awareness, and how a teacher makes you feel in the room.

We’re proud to keep investing in our team so we can keep delivering authentic, high-quality yoga experiences across Puerto Escondido.

One of our instructors, Flo, shared this after the training:

“I got so much out of ELEVATE. It gave me fresh ideas, helped me refine how I teach, and I’ve already started implementing changes in my classes. I feel more confident, more inspired, and even more excited to teach.”

We owe Puerto an apology. 🙏🩵

Somewhere along the way, SHRED became more than just classes.

Now people are…
extending trips ✈️
changing flights (again) 📞
ditching other wellness spots
and building their week around how they feel after class.

And then came the events.

Where workouts meet DJs,
yoga meets sound healing,
recovery meets connection…
and somehow a normal Sunday turns into something you don’t forget.

We didn’t mean to create something this addictive.
Or this fun.
Or this hard to leave.

But here we are.
