This is pretty much what every athlete, especially fighters and bodybuilders, will testify.
The weight cuts and diets, in preparation for competition or combat, is the most grueling aspect of the grind.
Depriving your body of calories or certain macro nutrients, in proportion to your output in training, is beyond torture.
The entire day is a mental battle, just to sit and stand, to shower, or even pick something up becomes a painstaking task.
Your life revolves around the conservation of energy.
It revolves around the precision in timing for food and supplement intake.
It revolves around the precision in timing for sleep, work, and training.
Any little distraction can throw these balances off.
We must stay focused as possible during this time and overcome our mental struggle in the workouts 2 times daily.
If you know anybody going through these times try to be as helpful as possible, calm and patient with them.
It's for a short time and then it's over and everyone will rejoice in the results.
Cheer for those chasing their goals and dreams.
Don't hate on them because they seem impatient, blunt, tired, or zombie like.
That's part of the game.
Let's understand and help each other through these battles.
P.S. extreme weightloss and body transformations can be also just as hard and difficult for a normal person as can equally be for a professional athlete preparing for competition.

I wake up every morning at 5:00 a.m., and
before anything else, I head straight to the
gym. On an empty stomach, I start my day
with an hour of cardio. Only after that first
grind do I finally eat my first meal. I stay at
the gym afterward, train my abs, and roll
right into my first workout of the day-a
session that lasts about two hours.
When that's done, I go home and eat my
next meal. By 10 oclock, I'm already
asleep, only to wake up again at noon for
another meal. Then, without fail, I head
back to the gym for my evening training.
usually from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. I eat every
other hour, no matter what. That rhythm-
training, eating, sleeping--became my
entire world.
This was my cycle, and I refused to live
outside of it. I didn't go to the mall, didn't
go to the movies, didn't go out for dinner. I
skipped family reunions. I didn't socialize. I
didn't talk to anybody. I shut everything out
My life revolved around one purpose
discipline, structure, and the pursuit of
greatness.

During high-intensity training, your body
needs fast energy. And it finds that energy
mostly in carbs. Carbohydrates are your
body's favorite fuel source when you're
lifting heavy, sprinting, or pushing your
limits.
But here's the catch: if you don't have
enough carbs in your system, your body
will still need energy -- and it won't turn to
fat first. It will start breaking down your
muscle tissue instead. That's because
converting fat into energy takes time, and
your body wants quick fuel during high
performance.
So if you're hitting the gym hard without
giving your body enough carbs, you could
actually be undoing your progress. Instead
of building muscle, you might be burning it.
To avoid this, fuel your body right. Eat
complex carbs like oats, fruits, or whole
grains before intense workouts. This gives
your body the glycogen it needs to perform
well without turning to your muscles for
energy
Remember, fitness isn't just about working
nard. It's about training smart. Feed your
body what it needs, and it will reward you
with better results, faster recovery, and
long-lasting strength

Studies have revealed that when men walk at least 7,000 steps per day they reduce their risk of early death by up to 70%.

Regular, brisk walking increases your heart rate and strengthens your heart muscle over time. This improved cardiovascular fitness helps lower blood pressure and enhances blood flow throughout the body, reducing the risk of heart disease and stroke.

Regular walking also has been shown to improve cholesterol profiles by increasing high-density lipoprotein (HDL), or “good” cholesterol, and decreasing low-density lipoprotein (LDL), or “bad” cholesterol. This helps prevent the buildup of plaque in the arteries that can lead to heart attack.

Walking also helps regulate blood sugar levels by making the body more sensitive to insulin. This improves glucose uptake into cells and lowers the risk of developing type 2 diabetes.

Walking burns calories and boosts metabolism, which helps men maintain a healthy weight or lose body fat. This reduces the strain on the heart and other organs, lowering the risk of many chronic diseases.

Chronic, low-level inflammation is a known driver of aging and disease. Regular brisk walking has an anti-inflammatory effect on the body, which helps to slow down the aging process at a cellular level.
