The triggerfish has one of the strongest personalities on the reef… and also one of the ocean’s coolest defense mechanisms. 🐟🤿

Do you know why it’s called a “trigger” fish? 🤔 Because it has a dorsal spine that works like a real trigger. It lifts it to lock itself between rocks so no predator can pull it out of its hiding spot. 🔒
Basically: this fish mastered “Do Not Disturb” mode long before humans did. 😎

And with its colors and unique movements, it’s one of those underwater encounters that always catches a diver’s attention.
