We are currently caring for five wonderful dogs who need foster homes and forever families.

🐶 Martini: is a smart and independent pup who loves playing with her siblings. Though a bit shy, she will surely blossom with a loving forever family.

🐶 Mango: is the most affectionate and loves giving kisses. Curious and protective, Mango keeps an eye out for the pack.

🐶 Mojito: is very affectionate and playful. Because of his auditory condition, (he is deaf) he pays more visual attention to his surroundings. We think given the chance he would love to swim! Mojito has plans to head to in Texas where Jyl Ristau has been focusing on deaf dogs.

🐶 Chocolate: Chocolate’s owner took her from her mom near Puerto Aventuras, Mexico, when she was very young. Unfortunately, he didn't give her any preventative medicine and abandoned her in the jungle heartworm positive 1.5 years later. Thankfully, Chocolate is in an amazing foster home getting the treatment she needs and is now looking for her forever!

♥️ Donate: Our expenses for these last five pups are really high! We have 4 puppies in boarding because we have NO AVAILABLE FOSTERS! Boarding costs $700usd for 4 puppies per month. Chocolate is in an amazing foster home, but her medical bills are high as she has both heartworm and incontinence, we are working through both issues with vets, and she has a good prognosis for both!

Across three Saturdays, we will focus on the basic building blocks of yoga.

Alignment of basic poses, the breath, how to modify to meet your needs, and specific actions in your body to cultivate healing through your yoga practice.

90 minute classes

A 4 week Intro-to-yoga practice.
Classes focused on postural alignment of traditional sun salutations, basic yoga poses as well as options and substitutions. Experiential Understanding of the power of the breath, meditation and how to begin a practice moving safely as a new student. Small group sizes where questions are greatly encouraged.

Understanding Backbends
Love your yoga practice but yikes!Backbends😱
Backbends can be a scary thing for many people who enjoy yoga especially if they suffer from any form of back pain.
This workshop is designed to guide students to find optimal anatomical alignment while working with backbends.
4 weeks of discovering how to support healing in the spine and move deeper safely.

Here in Playa I believe it's especially challenging for women to find a Prenatal yoga practice happening at the right time. 6 committed ladies is all we need to get it going.
These classes offer mothers a space for an energizing practice, relaxation and an opportunity to connect with other mothers to be. An excellent preparation for birthing through breath, body and mind awareness.
6 yoginis maximum

6 weeks of Armbalances
Explore arm balances and Inversions, take time to break down postures and learn specific actions with proper support to safely go deeper.
This class is recommended for students with an already established yoga practice.

Not a workshop, just a class.
