JULY - Summary☀️✈️

This month started as a normal month: lots of trainings in the gym, workouts with the greatest 𝗣𝗗𝗖 𝗙𝗶𝘁𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗖𝗹𝘂𝗯 & PT sessions with my super committed clients & hosting (+ doing of course) Ice Baths.🧊

I was working a lot in the background on some cool fitness stuff --> COMING SOON...!!!! 😉

It was also so much fun to celebrate Mexico's FIFA games. I felt like I'm at the right time, at the right place for that.🤗⚽️

Thanks to Sun Healing Pablo & Barbs, I replaced my Thursday morning meditation to the beach, caressing my heart & soul with their incredible music.🙏

On 14th July I started my vacation & so after 2 years, I'm back to Europe! 🥳
Pretty nice & exciting!🤩
I visited Spain first time in my Life - finally on the main land. Thanks for my friends I really loved this time, I could relax a lot & start my new chapter.😇

Now I'm back to Hungary for a little bit. It's going to pass very quickly, I know, thus I'm trying to enjoy as much as possible, live every moment, therefore I'm not really dealing with the online World now or using my phone that much.
There're still couple of weeks left & I'm super excited due to many reasons.✨️🙏

Right now I'm recharging, enjoying my time with family & friends, reconnecting with my routes and being present everywhere.

I trained hundreds of women for many years now & talked to most of them.
I know their struggle, their pain & I hear them.
Not only these girls but there're other thousands (millions?) of girls, women out there, who are afraid of moving. Afraid to be themselves.
Yes, that's right. This is very common. Because "what the World will say?"🫣
They're lost in the past, rely on their previous experiences, stuck in their disbeliefs, not satisfied with their bodies. How they look like, how they move...etc.

If this can be you too, then stop it please. Stop telling lies to yourself, stop hating your bodies and START to respect it, honor it and love it!💝

Your body is the only place that you're living in!
It helps & serves you EVERY SINGLE DAY 24/7.
It does for you, whatever you want her to do. So, be gentle and respect her.🙏

Start to feel & understand that your body is YOU. It helps you no matter what you ask for, so don't fight with her.

Keep moving, keep dancing, keep shining!
& get back your energy! You deserve it.✨️💃

"Being healthy is too expensive."

That’s what we hear all the time...
But the truth? Most of the things your body really needs don’t come with a price tag.⭐️

It’s not about buying more… it’s about coming back to the basics.
Coming back to yourself.
Slowing down.
Moving your body.
Breathing deeper.
Choosing habits that actually support you — not drain you.⚡️

We often look for complicated solutions, while the simple ones have been there all along.

Health isn’t something you purchase.
It’s something you practice… every single day.❤️‍🩹

JUNE - busy business & active atmosphere 💥

One of my busiest month this Year for sure (so far).
So, I was doing my normal weekly Group classes as usual with my amazing PDC community - FlowMotion on Tuesdays & Abs & Core on Fridays.⭐️
I really love both of them not only because of the class but becaus I've got so many great people around me. All of them are dedicated, show up in the morning, and bring their shining attitue, smile & fun. I'm so grateful for them! 😇

Beside this I started to work on a big Project that takes many weeks (months) but you'll seeee.😉
It's going to be super beneficial for you, if you'd like to rebuild your whole body & discover yourself.
I'll update you soon but in the meantime, stay tuned...📢

I went to the gym millions of times, doing my normal strength, cardio, abs, stretching (sometimes 40 min), mobility, flexibility, functional training.
People ask me sometimes: 'how much time you spend in the gym?' Well, honestly 1,5-2 hrs is the average but last week I was there for 3 hours.😅
What can I say, I adore it - and not just because of the outlook (we all love that of course😜) but what movement gives me for inside. It's too healthy for the body in all levels and I want to stay healthy. 😇

Just like doing ICE BATH! & here we go at one of the most exciting event that I had this month! My FIRST EVER Workshop - Beyond the Ice. 🧊🤩
I'm so thankful because everything went well, I've got many positive feedbacks & everyone was doing great. I love hosting this kind of Workshop, so I can't wait the next one!

And yeah, there were parties, celebrations, relaxations, journaling, meditations, & FIFA of course! Viva Mexico!🥳🇲🇽

Yesterday is still with me. 💙
I woke up this morning & thinking about every single person who was there with me at the Beyond The Ice Workshop. 🧊

That's the thing about this kind of work.
Make people understand why things work for the body, what is does to the mind & soul, & how they can feel better, healthier.
It doesn't leave you quickly. And I don't want it to.

You have no idea how much yesterday meant to me too.
I am so proud of every single one of you who showed up at this Workshop.
Thank you for joining me. Thank you for trusting me.😇

I have a strong feeling that we don't stop here & this is just the beginning...😉
