The Ice Bath 🥶
It’s ultimate test of mental toughness
Your bitch voice will tell you to stop and that you might die if you continue
It’s all about shutting your bitch voice up (small self)
And allowing your big self to take the reins
Controlling my thoughts is something I work on everyday
Your insecurities doubts and fears never go away
It’s how you deal with them and shut them up that makes the difference

Basically....
Drop all the negative traits that you’ve picked up over the years
Usually these traits come from your parents or guardians
Once you drop all the things that aren’t serving you anymore
You’ll be left with the qualities that actually define YOU as a person
The GOAL is to....
REMEMBER WHO YOU ALREADY ARE ❤️
In order to do this you must let go of your pride
And have the courage to SURRENDER 🙌🏼

3 Simple Things You Can Do Everyday To Work On Yourself 😬
Meditate 🧘‍♂️
I use meditation to get better at being present at all times
If you’re worried about the past or future constantly then you should definitely work on meditating
Start with 5 min a day a build up from there 🚀
Journal 📓
I use my journal to plan my day and keep my self accountable. I also use it to write down things I am grateful for and to offload my brain with all my thoughts.
Go outside for a walk 🌞 🚶‍♂️
Especially since corona people have been spending more time in doors which I believe has led to an increase in depression rates. Vitamin D deficiency is also a huge problem in America and leads to a lot of other health related issues. Going outside for a walk is another great way to ground yourself and feel better in gereral.

I used to hate doing deadlifts...
They were the most frustrating exercise for me.
My lower back would always kill me after
No matter how much I stretched and focused on form I couldn’t do it right.
This is the result of not giving up and stepping the F*VK UP in the face of adversity
Deadlifts are now my favorite and arguably my best lift 🤗
Leaders step up to the plate, in the face of adversity
Only losers will cower down 🤡
Don’t be a Loser...

And people still think that it’s so hard to get all the amino acids on a vegan diet 🤦
By the way this chart didn’t even include two of my protein sources which amounted to around another 70 grams of protein. That would make these values way higher.
I remember the main reason why I didn’t want to go vegan was because I was scared I wouldn’t get enough protein 😂
Not only have I recovered faster, but within the first 2 years of going vegan I’ve added 10 lbs of muscle
That might not sound like a lot to the average person but I’ve been training seriously for the last 10 years.
For me to build any muscle now is the biggest win!
So what’s really stopping you from going vegan?
Don’t say protein! Lol 😝

We must learn how to block out the negative thoughts that are not ours.
The reason why we have these daily negative thoughts is due to traumatic past experiences and your domestication into society.
Control your thoughts
Control your words
Control your actions
