What can help us get together without much effort?

Tequila!

What else?

Great food!

Something else?

Music!!!

I truly believe that art is a bridge that can connect our inner being and the outer world.

With music supported by a great mariachi, it doesn’t matter that you sing well. However, you need to show up!

And when you show up, people resonating with your vibe will join you.

My quest is to bring more people’s arts into the business world. Because as it is, it is freaking boring, lame, and too money-oriented.

Successful creative leaders...wow, that's a mouthful! What do I mean by this?⁠⁠
⁠⁠
It seems that leadership is a skill that can be learned by reading a book or taking a pill that you can swallow by attending a business school.⁠⁠
⁠⁠
Don't get me wrong, I've read my share of books and attended several business programs, but nothing happens until:⁠⁠
⁠⁠
1. we recognize that we are responsible for the choices that we make no matter what happens in our life - this is leadership⁠⁠
⁠⁠
2. we have all opportunity to bring to life something new that makes lives better for others and us - this is creativity⁠⁠
⁠⁠
3. when we are doing something, we expect the result to match what we wanted to do, at least to a certain degree - this is success⁠⁠
⁠⁠
And to proactively bring our ideas to life, we need to think about what, how, and when to make it happen.⁠⁠
