Astrological Moment:
Sun in Capricorn
All sorrow, despair, and anxiety are flowing out of my system.
I release the pressure of responsibility to force change into manifestation. I breathe, and I let go of the need for demanding accomplishments driven by exhaustion rather than integrity.
I release and detach from all relationships and responsibilities that are not aligned with integrity.
I see reality as it is.
Why should I give to those who do not wish to receive, and who do not value the expansion of heart that I bring?
Why should I wait for others to trust that I will not take advantage of the responsible structures and achievements I offer?
I am exhausted from waiting for people to believe in, and have faith in, the structures I bring forward.
Reality shows me that everyone relates from their own level of consciousness. Although the universe is offering loving expansion to all, the sadness, anxiety, and fear I experience within this particular relationship reveal that this is not the healthy form of achievement or enterprise with which I choose to be connected.
Masks are falling—within me and all around me.
A sense of freedom is growing and expanding from within as I remain in integrity with my own energy and power. As I take responsibility for my emotions and my own fulfillment, I trust that the universe holds me, just as it holds everyone in my relationships, in the same way I wish to be held.
I am not selfish, and I am not here to use people. I flow with the organizational process that life is unfolding before me, and I recognize the divine intelligence that is structuring every aspect of my life.
I consciously observe the expansion of the areas of my life and the lives of others.

My discipline has value.
My spirituality has value.
