You watch what others are charging,
check what they're posting,
notice who's getting clients and how they show up.

And somewhere in all of that,
you decide what's acceptable for you.
If you are ‘as good’ as they are.
If you can reach that level.

This comparison was installed in childhood,
when you were trusting others
to tell you what's safe, what's allowed,
what a person like you can reasonably reach for.

You adjusted your dreams
based on the adults around you 𝐬𝐚𝐢𝐝 𝐰𝐚𝐬 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐜
for someone like you

And now it's running your pricing decisions,
your visibility choices,
and the YOU you're willing to let people see.

The 𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘱𝘢𝘳𝘪𝘴𝘰𝘯 is the old system checking
whether it's still safe
to want what you actually want.

But your inner knowing already has the 𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐰𝐞𝐫.
You are meant to have it all.
And you can.

The business problem you keep trying to solve,
it started at the moment you overrode your gut feeling.

You probably remember the exact moment.
There was a client you said yes to when you shouldn’t have,
a launch you went ahead with when you shouldn’t have,
a commitment you made that you shouldn’t have.
Because otherwise you would have disappointed someone.

Then came the doubt and tiredness,
and the second-guessing that doesn't have a clear source.
You don’t remember that 𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐠𝐮𝐭 𝐟𝐞𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 anymore.
You stuffed it away.

But your intuition was right all along,
and now you’re paying for not listening.

You have simply 𝘵𝘳𝘢𝘪𝘯𝘦𝘥 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳𝘴𝘦𝘭𝘧
to override it often enough,
and now your system stopped trusting you to listen.

This block runs deeper than any 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐲 can solve.
It started the moment you stopped
treating your 𝘪𝘯𝘯𝘦𝘳 𝘬𝘯𝘰𝘸𝘪𝘯𝘨 as the truth.

When will you decide to listen to yourself again?

Sanaba didn't start this with a business problem. She started it not knowing who she was.

By her own description, she was stuck: low confidence, no clarity on what she wanted with her life, two coaches already behind her and still the deeper layer untouched.

What shifted was learning to listen from inside herself rather than looking outside for answers.

Her emotions became 𝐢𝐧𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 she could actually work with, and the internal parts work opened up a world she'd only read about before.

By the end, she was happy to accept herself fully: her body, 𝘩𝘦𝘳 𝘪𝘥𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘪𝘵𝘺, the parts she used to work against.

She stopped placing everyone else first at her own cost, and her inner knowing finally felt like a a trusted source.

Her career went to 𝐧𝐞𝐰 𝐥𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐬 because of it.
But more importantly, Sanaba became confident enough to pursue her other, more meaningful dreams.

As her coach, I couldn’t be more proud!

Self-Care Isn't What You Think

You already know the morning routine, that moment you give to yourself before the world starts asking things from you.

But you're not doing it for wellness. You're doing it because without it, you can't hear yourself think, and that costs you.

When you stop caring for yourself the way you actually need, the first place it appears is in your business. You start making 𝐮𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐞𝐝 𝐝𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬, foolish but expensive mistakes, and actions that take a lot of time but are leading nowhere.

Your spirit team, your inner knowing, the stillness you access each morning.

This is needed for your actual business strategy, and not in a metaphorical way.
The moment you 𝘤𝘶𝘵 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳𝘴𝘦𝘭𝘧 𝘰𝘧𝘧 from this, you’re screwed.

Your decisions start coming from the part of you that's been running scared since childhood, not from the place that built this business.

Self-care is the practice of staying in 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐜𝐭 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟.
And a business run by a woman in full contact with herself is a business worth having.

That weight you're feeling isn't telling you to work harder. It's telling you to listen.

When your business starts feeling heavy, the usual instinct is to find a better system, a better plan, more action.

But if you're an intuitive woman, heaviness is almost always a different kind of message. It means you've moved past what your 𝘪𝘯𝘯𝘦𝘳 𝘬𝘯𝘰𝘸𝘪𝘯𝘨 was guiding you toward, and now you're forcing ahead instead of moving with it.

You can be very skilled and still be completely out of sync with yourself.

And from that place, every decision costs you more than it should, every offer 𝐟𝐞𝐞𝐥𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐠𝐠𝐲, and the simplest step takes more out of you than necessary.

The way back always runs through your own 𝘨𝘶𝘪𝘥𝘢𝘯𝘤𝘦 first.

So where in your business are you ignoring your heaviness?
And what does that tell you?

You've been telling yourself you “have to” your whole life, and your body knows it.

The resistance before you even begin, the not-quite-alright feeling that is in your gut before you've done anything wrong, none of it is about the task at hand.

It’s because your nervous system is trying to tell you something; It never really chose this type of life, and it’s not made for it.

"I have to" and "I get to" are one word apart, and yet your nervous system receives them as completely different realities.

One sends you into survival mode where you're stressing, managing, 𝐠𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡 𝐢𝐭. While the other opens you up to the moment.

Nothing about the moment changes, not what you're doing or who you're showing up for. Only your relationship to it does, and this goes much deeper than a language trick.

It's your 𝘪𝘯𝘯𝘦𝘳 𝘬𝘯𝘰𝘸𝘪𝘯𝘨 deciding this moment, this task, this life, is worth receiving rather than enduring.

Your body already knows the difference. It's been waiting for you to listen.

The business you're building from "I have to" feels like 𝐬𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐨 𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐯𝐞.
The one you'd build from "I get to" is a completely different life.

💡 Which one will you choose?
