We had to say auf wiedersehen to my Dad, Erich this week. 💔

He was so kind, sweet, and funny, and he would do anything for anyone. He loved my Mom more than anything, he was the best Opa to our girls, he loved David like his own son, and my brothers and I are so lucky that he was our Dad.

I wish we had more time, but we're so thankful that even at the end, he still knew who we were, and we have so many wondeful memories to look back on.

We miss him so much. We love you Erich, Dad, Opa ❤️

We said goodbye to our little guy, Gus, yesterday. 💔 He was 14 years old. He loved balloons and boxes and always stood his ground with the big dogs in his life. We love you and miss you, Gus 💙

Life slowed me down these last few weeks. Some 💩 happened and I started to fall into some old habits, missed a lot of workouts and have been eating and drinking too many treats 🍷🍷🍕🍕... but that’s real life 🤷‍♀️
