No aqua class on M, W & F this week, as I’m still in the USA celebrating my daughter’s college success! 🎓

I would like to invite you to attend Amanda Arnold’s Aqua Flow & Meditation class on Sundays & Tuesdays at 8:30AM in front of Las Hamacas Beach.

There WILL BE aqua class tomorrow (Monday), then I’m off to Atlanta for my daughter Rebekah’s college graduation & a trip to Disney to celebrate her success 🎉

We just finished up another fantastic week of aqua and it was so nice having some new friends in class with us, including my daughter, Rebekah 💚

Starting tomorrow I will be taking your measurements every Monday so you can see your progress, so please come a few minutes early 💪

BADDIES AT IT AGAIN!😍

We had 8 beautiful souls rockin’ the waves at MIA this morning! 🌊
The weather was absolutely gorgeous!
We did Aqua Tabata with cardio & strength training with the buoys 💪
