🇲🇽 ROBERTO ERALES — REPRESENTANDO A MÉXICO

Tuvimos la oportunidad de entrevistar a Roberto Erales, quien nos visita desde Cancún, México, y será uno de los grandes representantes mexicanos en Baja After the World Finals, este próximo mes de octubre en Ensenada, Baja California.

La historia de Roberto dentro del watercross viene desde casa. Fue su mamá quien lo introdujo al mundo de las carreras, siendo ella misma una de las personas responsables de impulsar e introducir este deporte en el sur de México. Desde entonces, Roberto ha dedicado buena parte de su vida a competir, crecer como piloto y llevar con orgullo la bandera de México a cada competencia.

A lo largo de los años ha desarrollado un estilo que lo distingue: intenso, agresivo y siempre poniendo presión a sus rivales. Roberto no es de los que esperan a que la carrera llegue a él; sale a buscarla desde el primer momento.

En la entrevista nos platica de sus inicios, de la influencia de su mamá, de su trayectoria y de lo que significa para él representar nuevamente a México frente a pilotos que llegarán de diferentes lugares.

Este 23, 24 y 25 de octubre, Roberto Erales estará en la línea de salida en Baja After the World Finals 2026, en Estero Beach, Ensenada.

Una competencia internacional, pero también una gran oportunidad para demostrar el nivel y la pasión que existen en México por este deporte.

Working alongside Nolan will be Aldo Lepe, Technical Assistant for BIWA International, providing local support, coordination, and hands-on assistance throughout the technical inspection process and race operations.

Together, Nolan and Aldo will work to ensure that every competitor is treated fairly, every machine meets the established technical requirements, and our riders can arrive at the starting line with confidence.

This is exactly what BIWA International is about: bringing experienced people together, building bridges, sharing knowledge, and working as one team for the future of our sport.

I would like to take a moment to recognize Stephanie G***k, our Registration Director at BIWA International — “The Voice That Inspires Confidence.”

From the very beginning of Baja After the World Finals, Stephanie believed in our vision and gave us her unconditional support. Her experience, professionalism, and passion for watercraft racing have played an important role in helping us continue to build this project.

In addition to being co-owner of Wild West Watercross, Stephanie has something we value tremendously: the ability to inspire confidence in every rider. She is approachable, committed, highly organized, and always willing to help. Her experience and integrity make competitors feel confident that they are in good hands.

Stephanie perfectly represents what we are building at BIWA International: bringing talented people together, building bridges between our communities, and working as one to strengthen and grow the sport we are all so passionate about.

On behalf of BIWA International, I want to congratulate the entire Wild West Watercross team on completing another great season.

A successful racing season is never the work of just one person. Behind every starting line, every checkered flag, and every great weekend of racing is a team of dedicated people giving their time, energy, experience, and passion to this sport.

From race direction, registration and scoring, technical inspection, course marshals and safety crews, to every person working behind the scenes — each of you plays an important part in making Wild West Watercross what it is.

More than anything, this photograph represents something special: a team, a family, and a group of people united by their passion for watercraft racing.

A huge thank you to Sebastian and Teale for their incredible hospitality this past Sunday at Mission Bay in San Diego, and for making my wife Mónica and me feel so welcome.

I truly enjoyed spending time with you and especially appreciated the opportunity to ride and experience your 2026 race-prepared jet ski — an impressive machine that we’ll soon have the privilege of seeing compete at the BAJA AFTER THE WORLD FINALS in Ensenada! 🌊🔥

Mónica and I had a wonderful time. Experiences like this remind us that our sport is about much more than racing — it’s about friendship, passion, respect, and bringing the jet ski community together.

🏆 MEET TRAVIS BILLINGS — THE NEXT GENERATION OF JET SKI RACING

At only 11 years old, Travis Billings is already proving that age is no limit when talent is combined with discipline, dedication, courage, and a true passion for racing.

A Junior National Champion, Travis visited Mexico and Baja California for the very first time, joining us at the legendary Estero Beach and sharing his experience both on and off the water.

We had the opportunity to sit down with this extraordinary young athlete and hear, in his own words, what it felt like to race in Baja, experience a new country, and be part of the international jet ski racing community.

These young racers represent the future of our sport, and at BIWA International, we believe they deserve a platform where they can compete, grow, build friendships across borders, and create memories that will last a lifetime.

Travis, it was an honor having you in Baja California. Keep working hard, stay humble, and keep chasing your dreams. We have no doubt there is much more to come.
