Message for Customers
Hello, thank you very much for your interest and for following the progress of our first trip.
We want to be very clear and responsible with all of our future customers. At this time, we are moving forward with the purchase process, inspections, and required documentation for the vessel. However, we are still waiting on several official procedures in both the United States and Mexico.
Some of these procedures are handled only through appointments and government processing times. Even though we are doing everything possible to move forward as quickly as we can, there are certain steps that we cannot speed up because they depend directly on the corresponding government agencies.
In the United States, we already have a process submitted and are currently waiting to receive the required documentation/response in order to continue with the next step. In Mexico, we are also working through the necessary appointments and requirements so we can operate properly, safely, and fully in compliance.
Our priority is to do everything correctly from the very beginning, meeting all legal, tax, and operational requirements before announcing our first departure.
For that reason, we do not want to announce an exact date for our first trip until all documents and permits are fully completed.
We truly appreciate your patience, trust, and support. As soon as we have a confirmed date, we will announce it officially.
