𝐎𝐤 𝐥𝐞𝐭’𝐬 𝐜𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐟𝐲 𝐬𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞, 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐢𝐬 𝐬𝐨 𝐦𝐮𝐜𝐡 𝐟𝐚𝐥𝐬𝐞 𝐢𝐧𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐠𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐲𝐞𝐬 𝐈 𝐠𝐞𝐭 𝐢𝐭, 𝐢𝐭’𝐬 𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐤𝐧𝐨𝐰 𝐰𝐡𝐨 𝐭𝐨 𝐛𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐯𝐞. But honestly if you see someone prancing around on their rebounder hardly breaking a sweat or even putting any effort into their practice, can you really see this statement as being true?
Now I’m not saying that you can’t achieve a lot in 10 mins because I know you can when you apply yourself and actually put the effort into. But the majority of the reels and influencers that are making this claim are mainly bouncing high and not focusing on the push down through the mat.
So be careful who you follow and what advice you decide to take on board. Ok rant over, I have more coming as the social media experts continue to test my patience 😆
