Bored of your usual ab routine?
This flow has so many layers that challenge both your core and your control 👌🏼

Holding the carriage stable is not for the faint hearted!

Make sure to cue heavy ribs and shoulders in the first movements, long arms and eyes forward for the lifts.

- single arm open
- arm open with single leg stretch
- single leg stretch with chest lift
- single leg stretches with ball pass
- scissors with ball pass
- regret all of your decisions
- RIP abdominals
