A little over 2 months progress with and 👏🏻

Crazy how the smallest changes make the biggest different. Food is increasing and weight is dropping… just how we like it!

I was doubting myself for a few weeks… thinking nothing was changing, and then I pulled up my progress pictures and realized all the hard work I’ve been putting in has been paying off.

Progress isn’t an over night transformation. I’ve been holding myself to the highest standard and making the things I’ve always wanted a reality.

I dare you to hold yourself to the highest standard this year… you won’t regret it.

And the best thing is, I’m just getting started!! 🤝🏼

2026, we’re coming in HOT 🥳🔥

The last 6 months of 2025, I made a promise to myself that I wouldn’t live in the “I wish” stage anymore and live in the “ I’m gonna make this $hit happen”.

I “hard truthed” myself and realized I wasn’t living to my full potential for what I WANTED for myself…. Some people call me “boring” now, but I’m truthfully the happiest I’ve been in a while. I’m succeeding in my job, training, relationship and goals I’ve set for myself and I’m so proud.

So, if you’re reading this and feel like you’re in the same spot as you were last year… Really think about what you should do to change that. Hard truth yourself.

Here’s to a new year of making $hit happen! Hope yall stay around for the ride 💋

Can’t believe we’re at this point in the year already… BUT here are 5 tips to keep you on track during the holiday season:

1. Thanksgiving isn’t a free-for-all WEEK. It’s ONE day. Have your favorites and then keep it moving (same for other holidays too).

2. Move daily, even if it’s short. A 20–30 min workout or long walk keeps momentum strong.

3. Prioritize protein. It keeps you full, supports your goals, and balances out the holiday treats.

4. Plan your indulgences. Enjoy your favorites intentionally instead of mindless snacking… aka don’t be an a$$hole

5. Remember your “why.” One busy season doesn’t undo your progress—stay consistent, not perfect.

Enjoy, but don’t let it linger!! I know holidays can cause some anxiety around food… I get it. But remember the holidays are about being around good company. Be present, mindful and always reset the next day.
