ALWAYS make time to recalibrate, relax, restore, and reflect on solutions to whatever might be bothering you. No matter how busy you are, always make time for this because this is where a real healing and transformation happens, even if it’s just for 30 minutes.

​Make the time for yourself like you would make time for yourself to eat, shower, work out or sleep. This is energetic and spiritual hygiene and is always needed for mental, physical, emotional and spiritual well-being.

​If you have any resistance to meditating, do a moving meditation🏃🏽‍♀️🏄🏼‍♂️⛷️🚴🏼‍♀️🏊 All this requires is for you to breathe deeply, and completely focus on the sound and movement of your breath as much as possible.

✨Listen✨ Listening when someone is speaking is a way to express true interest, love and care for the person speaking😌🥰 When someone is really heard they feel more connected to you and their trust in you typically deepens.

​It also releases oxytocin and increases your empathy for the person speaking.

​I don’t mean being silent while thinking about what you’re going to say🚫

​Listening is clearing your mind and truly being present and available to hear what someone else is saying (whether you agree with it or not).

​Really understanding and developing the skill of listening will enhance any relationship whether it be your friends, family, romantic relationships or business relationships.

A simple and free mental health hack for regulating mood and decreasing depression: Vitamin D.

​Vitamin D is made in the skin through sunlight exposure and while there are foods rich in vitamin D, as well as Vitamin D supplements, sunlight exposure is the most efficient and bioavailable form of it.

​Make it a priority to have the sunlight touch your skin for at least 20 mins this weekend (depending on your skin type)☀️🌅😎☺️
