Do you want to know a secret??

You can’t have back without abs! They’re only as strong as the other.

PLUS you gotta have abs (AND glutes ;) + know how to use them to help keep your back happy, healthy, and strong.💪🏽

Stuff as simple as maintaining good posture while standing, walking, driving, sitting, etc. is SO important for overall long term core/trunk strength + back health.

If you want to pick up a new healthy habit… give keeping proper posture in all things a try!

PLUS you’ll be getting in a TON more ab/trunk/back work without even doing an actual “workout”!💪🏽☺️🙌🏽

I have set a brand new (pretty sure lifetime) personal record for myself these past eleven days. This was my last workout + post workout selfie I got in alllll the way back in July haha before I decided to adventure to another country and pick up the vid. Very excited to be back in the gym veryyyy soon!
