¿Estás esperando el año nuevo para iniciar a ejercitarte y tener buenos hábitos? ¿Por qué no empiezas desde hoy?
Hay veces que no hay motivación y es completamente normal, no se trata tampoco de sentirte culpable por descansar un par de días, la clave está en HACER, que siempre será mejor que no hacer nada.
En ocasiones las cosas se tienen que hacer a pesar de no tener motivación, eso es lo que hace la DIFERENCIA.

Sometimes there's no motivation and it's completely normal, it's not about feeling guilty for resting a couple of days either, the key is DOING SOMETHING, that will always be better than doing nothing.
