Ma Topi,

Chrispin Tembo, a 16 year old player for Topik Academy in Mzuzu, was all smiles after receiving a gift of clothes from his coach, Enock Mhone.

The young footballer couldn't hide his excitement, describing the gift as a game changer in his life.
"Since I joined this team it's my first time to get a gift like this, these clothes will not only boost my performance on the pitch but also help me look presentable at church and school" He said.

Coach Enock Mhone explained that the gesture was part of the team's mission to support talented but needy player's.

"Chrispin is one of our hard working players, and we wanted to motivate him further" Mhone said.

Mhone also made a heartfelt appeal to the public to support the team and it's players.

"If you can, please consider donating to our team, your contributions will not only motivate our players but also help shape the future of Malawian football, we are not just a team, we are a family and we want our players to know they are supported" He added.

Topik Academy, which has both boys and girls team's is committed to nurturing football talent and empowering the community.

The three, Martha Mwakikunga, Chrissy Munthali and Ceceliah Nzima have been included in a 36 member squad to prepare for under 17 world Cup qualifying match against Burundi.
