Our partners NICO Group, highlighted one of our recent academy graduates and Malawi stars, Rose Kadzere, during their historic run at WAFCON 2026 🏆

Currently playing in the french top flight with Montpellier Hérault Sport Club, Rose was one of five Ascent players in Football Association of Malawi’s WAFCON squad, alongside Maggie Chavula, Leticia Chinyamula, Ireen Khumalo and Faith Chinzimu 🏔️

From local pitches to Europe and now the World Cup stage, Rose is a perfect example of what’s possible when young talent is given the opportunity 👊
