Hi! I'm Tuiweni, a yoga instructor since December 2017 and a yoga student since 2013 from the warm ❤ heart of Africa, Malawi.

You can join me on my weekly group classes in Area 43 Lilongwe or contact me for private sessions and corporate yoga, meditation and wellness sessions.

I started as a pilates enthusiast in 2010 and transitioned over the years to yoga and incorporated meditation into my wellness and self care practice. On this page I share my knowledge, experience, and journey.
