Before facing the U14 side, Machinjiri football academy U16 boys gathered on their own to discuss tactics, motivate each other, and decide how they would approach the game. Leadership isn't always taught, sometimes it is discovered.

This is bigger than football. This is communication, responsibility, teamwork, and confidence in action.
