I’ve started to find a deep sense of joy in showing up. Again. And again.

On the days it feels easy, and the days it doesn’t.

Because practice isn’t just what we do on the mat-
it’s the quiet commitment to keep returning.
To soften, to listen, to begin again.

This is perhaps the clearest expression of empathy- feeling with others, not just understanding them intellectually.

Empathy doesn’t ask us to become overwhelmed by others’ emotions. Instead, it teaches balanced empathy-to care deeply, but act with clarity and steadiness (equanimity).
Empathy in the Gita is not just an emotion-it’s a way of seeing.
To recognise that the same consciousness lives in everyone, and to let that awareness guide how we think, speak, and act.
