Transformation Story - Progress Update

" Practice doesn't make perfect, being constant makes perfect" Ahmadh Haleem

I have been working with Ahmadh Haleem for 3 months now. Working out at home he has proven that having minimal equipment and time doesn't limit your results. "Go hard or go home" doesn't apply to him. He make sure that every rep and every set counts. He doesn't do it because I ask him to do it. He does it because he wants to change, and the change is evident.
