Living with PCOS, losing weight felt almost impossible.
There were times I truly believed I would never see change
Even when I gave my all, the weight came back so easily.
But today, I’m proof that nothing is impossible.
With effort, patience, and belief in yourself, progress happens.
It may take longer. It may be harder!
I’ve lost over 10kg and for someone like me, even losing 1kg was a battle.
With PCOS, every step forward has felt like a fight.
But this progress is proof that consistent effort pays off.No matter how many times you’ve wanted to give up or even did ,don’t be afraid to start again.
The change you’re hoping for is always just one step away.
It’s not easy to keep going, but giving up is even harder in the long run.
Start your fitness journey as many times as it takes.
You haven’t failed every restart is proof that you’re still fighting.
It’s not too late. You can still achieve your goals.
For me, this journey has been a rollercoaster.
