🧊First time trying an ice bath was in the carribean 🏝️ wasn’t as bad as I anticipated, once I tricked my mind into thinking the ice burn was actually the sun on my skin 🌞 ended up doing 5 mins! This week I thought I’d try the plunge pool ❄️ terrible for the first few seconds but once you slow your breathe and go into a deep state it’s incredible! Body goes so numb I walk out like a zombie but after feel so good. Ended up doing it 3 times this week 🥶here’s some amazing benefits:
