Some sessions are worth celebrating. Today, Vanessa ran 9.2 km; a year ago, that would have been impossible!
I ran by her side for an hour straight (non-stop), coaching on mental focus as we progressed towards the target.
The human body is an incredible machine - awesome milestone, Vanessa, way to go!

Even rainy days are fun at the Kids Fit 😄
Yes, today was hike day, and we got a mud supplement to boost us up and make our climb more interesting; even the viewpoint on Corps de Garde looked different, foggy, mysterious 🤩
We then made our way down to meet up with the parents, we were a bit wet and cold but we had fun!

📢 Race Direction Update 📢

That's a wrap for the SPARC 12 Hour MTB Enduro Race.

From the first meetups with the client to gather their requirements and targets, the design and fine-tuning of the track, the authorization requests, to the recruitment of volunteers, and track markings and race day follow-up, the whole experience was quite awesome 🔥
Of course there is always room for improvement; points noted for next year 😉

I'm really looking forward to the second edition 😎

Thursday's the best day of the week, hands down; it's Kids Fit day 😁
This afternoon we hit the intervals, and to make it more fun, we did them uphill with 20-second squats before each one 😳
We wrapped up our session with our 30-second plank series for a final touch 😵
Even though it was a tough session, the kids loved it 💪🏻
