• 4 weeks of disciplined lifestyle coupled with amazing vibes and fun all throughout.

The challenge doesn’t stop at the end of 4 weeks- it is just a push through for you guys to continue adopting healthy habits and TETRANESS is here to help you with it.
Come join us in beginning your fitness journey 2025 and beyond!

• 4 weeks as from 20th January 2025,
• 5 days a week (excludes weekends)
• from 6.00am to 6.55am everyday
• will include all types of workouts that can be adapted individually along with meal plans.
