After the opening of SWEATBOX at Les Salines, our fitness center has received a lot of positive feedback from fitness enthusiast and now finally we’re hitting the heart of Port Louis with a different concept of group functional fitness. The workouts are all 45 minutes with nothing than high intensity constantly varied functional movements targeting the strength, core , endurance and cardio condit

ioning in different classes scheduled on the day. Every workout has been trialed and tested before it get released on the market.
