📢 We're Hiring: Part-Time Administrative Assistant

We're looking for a reliable and organised Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join our team.

🕒 Working Hours : (8:00 AM - 4:30PM)

3 full days per week OR 5 half days per week

📋 Key Responsibilities

-General administrative duties
-Filing and organising accounts and invoices
-Managing permit and insurance renewals
-Monitoring and following up on debtors' accounts
-Reconciling customer payments with invoices
-Assisting with other office administration tasks as required

✅ Requirements

-Good organisational and communication skills
-Basic accounting and invoicing knowledge
-Strong attention to detail
-Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
-Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
