We are offering all levels of diver training from beginner to PADI Divemaster and Instructor level with Instructor Continued Education. We also offer technical diving and closed circuit rebreather training with Rebel CCr.

Macro find of the week

Meet the black-spotted flatworm (Pseudoceros nigropunctatus), photographed yesterday at Poison Reef. These polyclad flatworms glide across the reef in slow, ribbon-like waves — completely harmless, but easy to miss unless you're looking closely.

Their flattened bodies have no respiratory or circulatory system — they absorb oxygen directly through the skin, which is part of why they stay so thin. Nature's macro subjects don't get much more delicate than this.

- Air is perfect for most recreational dives.
- Nitrox gives you longer no-decompression limits by reducing nitrogen absorption.
- Trimix is used for deep technical dives, where helium helps reduce narcosis.

A stingray encounter, done right. She glided in and settled on the sand — our diver kept a respectful distance instead of closing in, letting her stay completely at ease.
