𝘓𝘢𝘴𝘵 𝘯𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵, 𝘮𝘺 𝘥𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘮𝘺 😍 𝘯𝘦𝘸 𝘣𝘰𝘺𝘧𝘳𝘪𝘦𝘯𝘥 𝘢𝘴𝘬𝘦𝘥 𝘮𝘦 𝘸𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦 𝘐 𝘴𝘦𝘦 𝘮𝘺𝘴𝘦𝘭𝘧 𝘪𝘯 𝘢 𝘺𝘦𝘢𝘳 𝘧𝘳𝘰𝘮 𝘯𝘰𝘸.⁣

I flashed back to how I was feeling this time last year - absolutely miserable.⁣
⁣
I was in a relationship, had a ring on my finger. I felt loved and adored. My partner was kind, and caring.⁣
⁣
𝘠𝘦𝘵 𝘐 𝘸𝘢𝘴 𝘥𝘦𝘦𝘱𝘭𝘺 𝘶𝘯𝘩𝘢𝘱𝘱𝘺.⁣

I had failed myself. I had failed my fiancé. I had let the team down. ⁣
⁣
How?⁣
⁣
💥By not honoring my truth, my heart, my authentic feelings. ⁣
⁣

⏩ Fast forward one year later, and SO much has changed.⁣

I have a new partner who is WAY more compatible and aligned with me. ⁣

💕I dove deep inside myself and really felt ALL my feelings about my relationship, and what it really meant to be engaged. How did I really feel in the moment? How did I really feel a year earlier? Truth hurts - especially when you’re not being fully transparent with yourself.⁣

🚫Never compromise who you are and your way of living. Your day to day is what keeps you sane and YOU.⁣

💩Own your s**t. Be brave - have the hard conversations. If you’re in a relationship it's only fair to the other person and yourself to share how you really feel - and yes sometimes the big conversations will mean a relationship ending even if it’s a happy one.⁣

😢It’s always scary walking away from what's comfortable and familiar - yet I wouldn’t be in a new and way more compatible connection if I hadn’t been brave and been honest with myself.⁣

♥️I need to share something close to my heart with you.⁣
⁣
⁣
Back in 2020 my romantic life took a profound turn.⁣
⁣
⁣
Before that year, I had felt stuck in a relationship that felt like a battle.⁣
⁣
⁣
A battle with myself- I had so much self doubt. I didn’t trust my feelings nor did I believe in or even really know what I wanted out of a partnership.⁣
⁣
⁣
𝘐 𝘧𝘦𝘭𝘵 𝘴𝘢𝘥, 𝘮𝘪𝘴𝘦𝘳𝘢𝘣𝘭𝘦 & 𝘢𝘭𝘰𝘯𝘦 𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘰𝘶𝘨𝘩 𝘵𝘦𝘤𝘩𝘯𝘪𝘤𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘺 𝘐 𝘸𝘢𝘴𝘯’𝘵.⁣

Mid 2020 I said goodbye to this relationship for good.⁣
⁣

I won’t sugar coat it, wrapping up that relationship felt like a whole year in the making leading up to that point with me working with a private coach for 6 months prior, to keep me accountable to my ‘happy ever after’.⁣

It sounds crazy but it was tough to put my happiness first, 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝗜 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗠𝗘.⁣

I started to explore my internal landscape.⁣

𝘐 𝘶𝘴𝘦𝘥 𝘵𝘰 𝘧𝘦𝘦𝘭 “𝘶𝘯𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘵𝘩𝘺” of teaching others my 𝗳𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝘆 𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗱 because I hadn’t actually gotten to experience it first hand.⁣
⁣
⁣
At the time I became a 𝘧𝘦𝘮𝘪𝘯𝘪𝘯𝘦 𝘦𝘯𝘦𝘳𝘨𝘺 𝘥𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 & 𝘳𝘦𝘭𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘴𝘩𝘪𝘱 𝘤𝘰𝘢𝘤𝘩, I was in a relationship that was leaving me feeling sad, stuck & miserable.⁣

So when I started to teach others about how to find a happy lasting relationship -⁣

😥I felt like an IMPOSTER.⁣

I kept having negative thoughts about what people might say. ⁣

But I knew 𝗗𝗘𝗘𝗣 down that I could truly help other women experience powerful 💫transformation if they followed the process I had for them.⁣

So despite all the negative self-talk I had…⁣
