What a way to break his maiden! 🐎

My Archangel has well and truly announced himself, winning in impressive fashion and confirming the high hopes we’ve had for him ever since we purchased him as a yearling in Cape Town.

A beautifully judged ride by Manoel Nunes saw him produced at exactly the right moment, and he powered home with plenty in hand. There’s no doubt this talented son of Soqrat has a very bright future ahead, and we believe there’s still plenty more to come.

A very special thank you to Lucinda Woodruff , our trainer in Cape Town, for the wonderful job she did looking after him as a youngster and giving him such a solid education. The care, patience and foundation she provided have played a huge part in helping him become the horse he is today.

Race Meeting 9 was one to remember! 🥇🥇🥇

Our first treble of the season—and hopefully the first of many!

Hot favourite Happy Days broke his maiden in Mauritius in emphatic style, literally annihilating the field in Race 4. He stopped the clock in a blistering 1:35.76, and there’s no doubt the handsome son of One World still has plenty more to offer. 🔥

Superior Force secured our double in Race 5. Patiently ridden by stable jockey M. Nunes, he launched his challenge at the 300m mark and quickly put the race beyond doubt. It was the third victory of the season for the ultra-consistent Superior Force 🐎

The Winter Stakes (Group 3, 1850m) was one of the races we had targeted even before the season began. The last time we won it was in 2016 with Bold Inspiration, and Tamarisk Tree lived up to expectations by completing our treble. He was purchased to compete in—and win—feature races, and we’re delighted to have secured another Group 3 success 🏆

What a weekend to remember! Thank you to our owners, staff, jockeys, and supporters for being part of this special day.

Alpine Challenge secured his first win of the season and completed a fantastic double for us on the day! 🐎🏆

Although he wasn’t quite at his best, he showed his trademark determination and ran his heart out as always. He’s such a consistent horse, and hopefully he can add another win or two before the season comes to a close.

Wow! What a performance from Superior Force! 🔥

Stopping the clock at 1:39.38 over 1650m with 3.5m false rails, he shattered a 16-year-old record previously held by the legendary Disa Leader.

To make the achievement even more special, he secured our fourth winner of the day in spectacular fashion. A performance of the highest quality from a horse who continues to show his consistency.

Full credit must also go to the jockey, whose recommendation to remove the blinkers and adopt a more patient approach proved decisive. The race was executed to perfection, and the result speaks for itself.

A record-breaking run, a fourth winner on the day, and another memorable moment for the team. 💛💜

Boundless Energy… what a pleasant surprise!

He bolted home in impressive fashion to secure our treble on the day and announced himself as a horse with a very bright future ahead. From the moment he quickened, the result never looked in doubt.

Performances like this don’t come around by chance, and there’s every reason to be excited about what lies ahead. We may have a very promising horse on our hands.

We are firmly on course for the Triple Crown!

Cumbre Vieja… what a horse. Truly a horse of a lifetime. He recorded his 8th consecutive victory in Mauritius, cruising clear and cantering home over the final 100 metres.

Moments like these are rare in racing, and we are privileged to witness such an exceptional champion. Thank you, Cumbre Vieja, for the memories and for continuing to raise the bar with every run.

Probably the most satisfying win of the 2026 season. 💛💜

Salt N Peppa proved that patience is often rewarded in racing. Last year, few believed this horse would make it back to the track, but we never gave up on him. He may not be the soundest horse around, but what he lacks in physical robustness, he more than makes up for with heart and determination.

Here he is opening his account in Mauritius, showing plenty of promise and reminding everyone of the ability that many had almost forgotten was there. This victory is a testament to perseverance, patience, and the never-give-up attitude of everyone involved.

Special thanks and full credit to trainer Carl Hewitson, whose patience and belief in this horse never wavered. Through all the setbacks, he gave Salt N Peppa every chance to return to the races and be competitive again. Thank you, Carl, for your dedication, patience, and outstanding horsemanship.

Also, a big thank you to Kayley, our physio, who did a marvellous job with Salt N Peppa. Her hard work and care played an important role in helping him get back to the track and perform at his best.

A well-deserved win, and hopefully the first of many more to come. 🥇
