A great evening at our Season Closing Dinner at Vecchia Napoli, Salini Resort.

During the event, we had the pleasure of recognising several outstanding contributions from the season:

We signed off the season the right way.
Ta’ Xbiex SC 3–0 Gharghur FC.

Final position: 4th place — the best finish in club history.
Not enough for promotion, but enough to show where this club is heading.

Respect to Nick “Cowboy” Scicluna for completing his 14th season with the club — a true TXSC legend.

Thank you to the players, coaches, physios, fans, and everyone around the team who put the work in all season.

This year it was not enough. Next year we come back for promotion.

Msida St. Joseph FC 2 - 0 Ta’ Xbiex SC

After a very poor performance from our team, combined with a series of dubious incidents both before and after the match, this defeat has reduced our chances of promotion to an absolute minimum. Now it is time to lick our wounds, correct our mistakes, and strengthen the squad for next season.

And this also needs to be said for once, because usually there is always heavy criticism of the referees. In a very weak game, referee Matteo Falzon and his two linesmen were by far the best performers on the pitch.
