Right...time to get these muscles fired up again!

SUPINE GLUTE RAISE x 20
HIP ABDUCTIONS x 20 EACH SIDE
5 ROUNDS (If you dare)
CIRCUIT 2
ALTERNATING SIT UP - 30s
10s BREAK
WEIGHTED CRUNCHES - 30s
4 ROUNDS
