With over 10 years of hands-on experience, Dave delivers structured, progression-based training focused on measurable and sustainable results. He holds an EPTI Master Diploma and is an EQF Level 4 Qualified Personal Trainer, combining professional expertise with real competitive experience as a 100% natural athlete.

Dave has competed nationally with IFBB Malta and internationally at WNBF Milan, earning 3rd Place in Bodybuilding and 4th Place in Classic Physique. His achievements reflect his discipline, consistency, and deep understanding of physique development.

His coaching style is direct, personalised, and results-driven β€” built on the philosophy: Train with purpose. Perform better. Progress sustainably.
