Participating in randori sessions allows us to apply the techniques we learn at the club in a more dynamic and realistic setting. By practising with different athletes, we adapt to various styles, strengths, and strategies, which helps improve our timing, balance, and decision-making under pressure. These sessions not only strengthen our technical skills but also build confidence, resilience, and a deeper understanding of the sport through real-time experience.
