As we get further into the summer and the days are getting hotter and hotter, this is your friendly reminder that staying hydrated is a non negotiable in diving. ☀️💦

A few simple habits can make a big difference:
💦 Drink water regularly throughout the day.
⚡ Top up with electrolytes after hot days if needed.
🍉 Snack on water-rich foods.
🍺 Save or limit your alcohol consumption until the end of the holiday when the diving is done.

♻️ Don’t forget to bring your reusable water bottle—we’re always happy to fill it up at the dive centre.

Stay cool. Stay safe. Stay hydrated. 💙

This time working on adaptive sidemount techniques with Ryan, an amputee diver. Sidemount offers plenty of flexibility, making it an excellent configuration for adapting equipment to suit the individual diver.
