🌊 A Proud New Chapter for Waterpolo Ability Malta! 🤽‍♂️🤽‍♀️

We are delighted to announce that Waterpolo Ability Malta (WAM) is now officially affiliated with the Aquatic Sports Association of Malta as a water polo club.

This is an important milestone for WAM and a strong recognition of our belief that water polo should be open to everyone, regardless of ability.

ASA affiliation gives WAM a formal home within Malta’s aquatic sporting community and strengthens our ability to develop mixed-ability water polo, support our athletes and coaches, organise inclusive events, and build meaningful local and international opportunities.

Our sincere thanks go to the ASA and the ASA Council for its confidence in WAM, and to every athlete, parent, coach, volunteer, sponsor and supporter who has helped us reach this moment.

We look forward to working closely with the ASA and its member clubs as we begin this exciting new chapter.

JOIN US for a landmark event that will bring together Mixed Ability Water Polo teams from different countries, celebrating the true spirit of inclusion, friendship, and sport. Athletes of all abilities will compete side by side, proving that teamwork, respect, and passion know no boundaries.

The tournament forms part of our annual Water Polo Marathon, helping us raise funds to continue providing opportunities for athletes with intellectual disabilities and their partners to enjoy the game we all love.
