I wanted to share this with you — I think it’s a really strong opportunity.

There’s an international massage & manual therapy congress + championship in Lecce this October (19–25).

5 days of workshops + 2 days of competition, with therapists from all over the world.

I’ll be there — mainly for the level of learning and to work in an international environment. I know this kind of experience can really elevate the way we work.

I didn’t even think I liked caffeine.
And somehow I’ve become that person carrying a mate around. 🙈

I brought my new favourite ritual all the way to Slovakia, and guess what — Dad liked it too. 🧉❤️
