🎾 Antes Team Tournament – Semi-Finals 🎾

After five weeks of competitive tennis, exciting encounters, and outstanding team spirit, the qualifying stage of the 2026 Antes Insurance Brokers Team Tournament has come to an end.

We would like to congratulate Team Ann-Marie (37 sets) and Team Redent (32 sets) on their efforts throughout the tournament. Despite narrowly missing out on qualification, both teams contributed to a fantastic tournament and produced some memorable matches along the way. 👏

Now, the focus turns to the Semi-Finals, where the remaining four teams will battle for a place in the Grand Final.

The race for the 2026 Antes Insurance Brokers Team Tournament title is heating up as we head into Week 5 at VLTC! 🔥

After four weeks of competitive tennis, the standings remain incredibly close at the top, with every set becoming more valuable as teams look to strengthen their position heading into the latter stages of the tournament.

With deepest regret and sorrow we share the news of the passing of Joe Vella. Our heartfelt condolences go out to his wife Maryanne his children Christian and Sarah and all his loved ones. Funeral mass will be held at Cospicua Parish Church on Saturday 6 May at 8am. May he RIP 🌹

With several teams separated by just a few sets, every match could have a major impact on the standings as we move closer to the business end of the tournament.

Team Jean Paul currently leads the standings, but with several crucial encounters ahead and only a handful of sets separating the chasing teams, there is still everything to play for.

😂🎾 Around the World... VLTC Style! 🎾😂

As if the tennis action during the 2nd Edition of the VLTC Fun Tournament 2026 wasn't enough, we finished the weekend with one final challenge that brought players, parents, coaches, volunteers, and spectators together for a fun-filled bonus activity!

Everyone was invited to take part in a special version of Around the World with a twist. Each participant started with 3 lives, and every life lost meant losing a shoe! 👟

Once both shoes were gone, the next lost point meant elimination from the game. What followed was a hilarious mix of tennis, determination, chaos, laughter, and some very unusual footwork! 😂🔥

It was fantastic to see players competing alongside parents, coaches joining the action, volunteers getting involved, and spectators becoming participants. Moments like these remind us that the VLTC Fun Tournament is about much more than winning matches. It's about bringing people together, creating memories, and enjoying tennis as one big happy family. ❤️💚
