Hey guys, so this is my page regarding Personal Training for people looking to get fit, i.e lose weight, build muscle, increase cardiovascular fitness (both aerobic and anaerobic). I have obtained a Diploma from the Institute of Tourism Studies in Sports Tourism and Active Leisure, I am qualified to instruct clients/group sessions with the TRX Suspension Trainer and TRX Rip Trainer. I have been on

Internship to Ireland for 3 months where I was stationed in a Crossfit Gym. Through this experience I learned a lot about Strength & Conditioning and Mobility/Science behind Strength Training. I am also currently on a course in Personal Training with Fitness Industry Education, which is a YMCA qualification. This is a Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training and Fitness Instructing. I look forward to hearing from all of you interested in improving your fitness and general health.

Did a 3x6 on Deadlifts after a long while of not doing them. This was 120x6. In the end I only got 140x4...long ways to go yet to get to where I was!

I love using intermittent fasting as my main method of getting and staying lean while also fitting in really well with my hectic lifestyle.
