All good things come to an end!
And what a journey this has been for the past 8 years!

From a thought to a dream that turned into a reality.
ShieldWall was never about the building or the equipment, it was always about the community and it was run by a father and a son's love for CrossFit!

The way we did things wasn't everyone's cup of tea but it was our authentic way and it was what helped our members achieve their goals!
We never did average, we never wanted to follow the crowd, we simply did things our way! Some of you loved it, others hated it but it was our way! Ragnar's way!

Lives changed, friendships formed, bodies transformed, muscles built, fat lost, medals won and memories made!

On the 31st of August 2026, we get to have our last raid and close the door one last time, leaving behind a fitness Legacy!
