🏹 Good afternoon everyone 🏹

It's official.....we are BACK

Now that the government Covid-19 restrictions have finally allowed us to reopen legally, we are super excited to welcome you all back.

We know its been tough, we know its been boring, and we know that all of you are as excited to come back to the range as we are!

During this time we have not been hibernating. We have been working with other entities and groups, both internationally and locally to expand the horizon's of Falcon.

We are going bigger, better and harder than before!

So keep an eye on the page for future posts😎

🏹 Good afternoon everyone 🏹

Long read ahead 😊 bear with us !

Due to the latest Covid-19 measures stipulated by the Maltese government , we will unfortunately have to suspend all our operations until mid-April.

We at Falcon Archery Malta will of course adhere to the new guidelines, not only because of legal obligation, but as it is our duty to do so in the hope that these new measures will help reduce the spike in Coronavirus cases that has unfortunately struck our beautiful island over the past few weeks.

While we will keep coming up with online content for our valued and loyal followers and students, we also wish to say a few things in conjunction with recent developments.

First of all, a big thank you and well done to the unsung heroes of this pandemic. All front-line workers, medical and clinical personnel, helpline operators, volunteers and all the others (of whom there are volumes and too many to mention all individually) who are on a daily basis risking their own health (physical and mental), as well as the sacrifices they are doing to help control this situation deserves our utmost gratitude and respect. We salute you.

Secondly, we understand that tempers are high, stress is rife, and life is rough. We all need to work together, be safe and obey the restrictions and regulations that were brought about due to this pandemic. It won’t be easy, it won’t be pleasurable, but if we work together, we will see the light at the end of the tunnel.

And lastly, we also understand the effects that all of this is having on people emotionally.

There are ways and means to find help. Besides the various online and telephonic services available for contact there is something else. Do not forget, an ear to listen, a kind word, a little compassion and a simple smile will all go a long way.

All some people have to hold on to during these times is hope of a better tomorrow. Those of you that wish to reach out to us privately for any reason, even just a simple chat, are more than welcome to do so.

We will see each other again soon friends. We will prevail. We will thwart this foe. And we will all soon be able to do al the things we love to do and miss so much.

So, chin up, best foot forward and onwards we go.

In the famous words of Bill and Ted;

🏹 Another truly awesome weekend 🏹

So many people have reached out to us for sessions!

Our community is growing, and we are so happy to be able to meet and shoot with so many new people.

Not only that, but our regulars, as ever, are improving with our methods and systems, showing progress, and loving it every step of the way!

From the Basic Archery Classes , to the Team Building events, to the individual catered sessions, it was great to see big smiles all around.

As always, a big thanks to all our dedicated and regular members, for their professional attitude and health/safety conscious efforts.

Just because we sanitise, social distance and keep aware , it doesn't mean that we can't have a blast while doing it

ARCHERY - Of course!

Had some great people over at the range over the past couple of days, well done to all the new members for showing great initiative, you journey has just begun, but its going to be a blast

To our regulars: Keep up the great work. you are improving day by day, session by session, we are proud of you and your hard work and dedication.

There is a reason why archery has been used since the dawn of mankind and is still being practiced today! ITs fun, meditative, competitive , challenging , relaxing and exciting, all at the same time.

If you are worried that you will be a newbie amongst advanced shooters, do not be. We cater for all levels of archery from beginners all the way to the top, we all have to start somewhere and you will find that our community is not only very inclusive to all, but helpful to each other as well.

🏹 Good morning everyone! 🏹

Another wonderful session with two incredible people. One self taught archer and another beginner that picked things up really well and really fast. We are proud of both of you.

And! They travelled all the way from Gozo to join us! Just goes to show the dedication some people have when they find an activity they enjoy 😎

They loved every minute of it thanks to our dedicated instructor that was there to give them the guidance and motivation they needed to visibly improve and have a fun time while doing it.

Great job guys, we look forward to having you over again!

🏹 Another glorious weekend of shooting! 🏹

Neither wind, nor rain, nor stormy afternoons will keep us from the completion of our goals.

'What are your goals?' we hear you ask?

'Archery!' we respond , ' And having a blast while doing it!' 😎

Thanks to all who participated, we were truly an inspirational bunch this weekend with quite a varied group of people attending the various sessions (all socially distanced of course) , and that's just the way we like it!

Our regular members came along and had a blast at the range , trying some fancy stance and practicing their aim.

The Falcon Archery team strive to keep up with the health and safety guidelines as ordered by the Ministry of Health, and we would like to take the time to thank all the participants that abide by the regulations and help us keep each other safe!

But, just because we wear masks, sanitize everything and keep social distance , it doesn't mean we cant have fun! 🥰

Dear friends, we have great news, we reopened Falcon Archery Malta!

Yes, we know, you cannot wait any longer, like we couldn’t wait anymore. It has been a few difficult months. We also don’t know what future will bring, but we now that we are welcoming you again on our range with all our usual activities: Regular Classes, Group Events and Basic Archery Course. Nevertheless, we want to comply with all regulations and provide you a safe environment, so we came up with some rules:
1. Maximum 5 archers plus the Instructor on a session (according to law).
2. Wear a mask.
3. We provide you with sanitizer towels on the range and we kindly ask you to wipe the equipment you used on the session with them.
4. You will be spaced approximately 3 meters from each other on the range.
5. That’s it, no more rules, just enjoy archery! 🙂

Dear friends, after a careful consideration of the current situation, we made the hard decision to close our Archery range until further notice to promote social distancing - our strongest weapon in slowing down the spread of the virus. After the epidemic receded, we are more than happy to welcome you again! :-) Stay healthy!
